Hi families!  Our class has done an amazing job with our Bear Behavior and worked so hard this last month! As a result, we will celebrate with a Read-In this coming Friday, November 17th, which is a half-day and the end of the 1st Trimester. Students can wear pajamas, and bring a pillow, blanket, stuffed animal, snack, and their favorite books from home.  End of 1st Trimester:  Report cards will be coming home the week of November 20th. Second, students will continue to get individualized and group intervention in the areas below a "3" which is considered at grade level. Also, in math and reading, there are ways to practice at home, which is probably necessary if the practice at school is not enough to master these goals. Students who are struggling with fractions need multiplication and divi...

Hi families! From our Student Council: Our student council Coins for Community fundraiser has begun. Students are encouraged to bring in any loose change they can donate to support our community. The track meet is Friday at the high school track from 11:30-2:30. Parents are welcome to meet us there and walk with us through the events. Students will compete in the 4 events that they have been practicing in PE. All students need to bring a water bottle to the track meet. We are in need of a wagon and a parent to pull the wagon with the students' water bottles around to the different events with us. Please email me if you are available! We are also in need of healthy snacks like string cheese, orange slices, bananas, and carrots to eat in the classroom afterward. Please let me know if you can send in any healthy foods with your child that day.     Yearbooks went home on Friday.
