4-2-23

Hi families!

We are preparing information on the Lansing field trip that will be sent out this week. As a reminder, Thursday, May 4th is the day of the trip! Thank you for your patience.

If you are interested in your child working on the math at home, we will be doing lessons 21-25 this week. The test will be next week. Practicing using the IXL Textbook will be extremely beneficial while understanding the process of division. Also, some skills on IXL related to divison are E 16 and E 17.

Please send kids with boots or a change of shoes for muddy days at recess. The boots/shoes can stay in student lockers so they don't have to bring them back & forth each day.

Our student council Coins for Community fundraiser begins this week. Students are encouraged to bring in any loose change they can donate to support our community.

Sarett Field Trip: We will be going to Sarett Nature Center on Thursday, April 27th from 10:30-12:00. We will have a snack at school before we go and will be back in time for lunch. Students will explore the 4 different ecosystems that we have in Michigan. Everybody needs to dress for the weather and hiking. Parents are welcome to meet us there and join our hike!
